I feel that I work for my money, it should be my choice what to do with it, and I work overtime so I can afford to buy myself nice things while still putting money away.

He says he wouldnt be mad if I had saved money to buy the things I want but I dont see the difference between putting it away and spending it in a month or taking my allocated spending money out of each check and spending it then.
