Holiday Validation

I googled validation and the sites only referenced the female need of being validated by a man. There was no mention of men’s need to be validated by females. She always doesn't seem to be busy but gossiping all the time.

Then at the end of our conversation she said oh the director had me not send it out until the afternoon.

Then she said I was rude and unprofessional by saying that I wasn't probably invited and that i have insinuated that I called her a liar which I did not.

Next day, I have asked her to come to my office and told her I didn't appreciate that she called me paranoid which was rude and unprofessional.
