Maureen:
He now helps in the morning, has offered to wash my laundry, buys us self care products, buys dinner once a week, and drowns me in money by paying my bills or giving me money.

He comes back every time stronger than ever.

He drowns me in acts of service and I began to want to work things out, he gets angry, and then comes back the next day doing the acts of service all over again.

It has been three times since separation that I ve talked to him about working things out.

When he comes over, his attention and conversations are directed toward me.

This has continued for three years.

I allowed him to stop by and help.

As the separation progressed, he started asking if he could come in the mornings and help get the kids ready for school.
