My stepdad really scares me (I know he would never hurt me tho) and overall I just feel really trapped and alone.

I used to spend half my time at each house Now its only my mom - whenever I try to say I want to go back to that, she guilt trips me and gets angry.

I actually feel more comfortable over there because I have more freedom and feel safer.

She says things like Well thats why your dad says that and Thats why you have issues with your dad My parents are divorced and while my dad may not always be the nicest.

My mom always brings this up to justify her claims.

My dad used to tell me he hates me and wants me to leave.

My brother went down to talk about the same topic and she was perfectly fine.

Earlier, I went downstairs to talk to her about something and when I tried to start talking again she yelled at me for bothering her.

If I ever try to say my side of things, she tells me Ill do anything to avoid taking responsibility. (When I do something wrong, I always try to take responsibility) If I try to tell her how I feel she just gets angry at me.
